Terms of Service

Staybli is a hospitality operations platform that helps properties manage housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations. The Service is provided by Staybli, based in Ireland.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

New accounts include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All prices are in EUR. Annual plans are billed as a single payment. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Staybli or other users. You are responsible for all content and data you enter into the platform.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and will not sell your data to third parties.

We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Staybli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
